About the Role
The Main Responsibilities
Must have a minimum of Five (5) years of experience reviewing, maintaining, documenting, and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment and systems, both Inside Plant (ISP), and Outside Plant (OSP).
Must have the ability to interpret, redline, and critique Methods of Procedure (MOP’s), Engineering Design Packages (EDP’s), and build associated As-Builts for the purpose of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) on a by site and at a network level.
Must be able to work independently and assist Green Power/QAQC Field Engineers with interpretation and documentation of EDP’s and associated redlines for the purpose of integration into a final As-Built deliverable to the customer.
Must be able to follow established SOP’s, Procedures, Guidelines, Policies, Processes, and Standards, and have excellent writing skills.
Will be involved working with Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology, and associated equipment, fuel infrastructure, compressed air infrastructure, software/firmware, and documentation and of said equipment.
Must be able to work well with others to achieve a common goal, foster a cooperative climate with co-workers, and poses good communication and social skills.
Must have work experience and knowledge with related Telecommunications equipment, and materials to include installation, maintaining of equipment, troubleshooting, and QA/QC for the purpose of assisting Field Engineering on site to accomplish their associated documentation.
Must have prior computer work experience with, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and be able to write procedures, produce MOP’s, update EDP’s, build or update existing As-Builts, and provide a daily stasis and tracking of said tasks by site.
Able to interpret site designs, both ISP and OSP for equipment placement, and related signal, alarming, power, and ground fiber/cabling is a requirement.
What We Look For in a Candidate
A Minimum of Five (5) years of Experience in Telecommunications Field Installation and Test and Turn Up (TTU).
Experience with Hardened Electronics and Radiation Technology protective measures is highly desired.
Exceptional Telecommunications Writing Skills required.
Exceptional Communications Skills required.
Able to work independently and in a multi-disciplined team environment required.
DC and AC Power experience desired.
BICSI Certification in ISP and or OSP a plus.
Prior experience in hydrogen fuel infrastructure a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, like discipline, or equivalent experience.

US Citizenship Required
Active TS, with the ability to eventually achieve SCI Access
Must maintain eligibility for access to classified information
